The Role
We are seeking an elite, dynamic Social Media Manager and Content Creator to take absolute ownership of our visual narrative. The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse and a technical perfectionist who specializes in producing flawless, viral-potential Reels that aggressively drive up engagement, audience growth, and conversions for our educational courses and coaching programs in the highly competitive US market.
You must be exceptionally proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Canva, alongside advanced video editing tools. We expect flawless execution, trend-setting creativity, and a relentless drive for performance. Please note: our standards are exceptionally high, and anything less than a perfect edit will not be a good match for this position. This role is intense and demanding, but highly rewarding for a dedicated professional who consistently delivers top-tier results.
Core Responsibilities
- High-Impact Reel Production: Conceptualize, edit, and deliver perfect, high-quality social media Reels and short-form video content optimized specifically to capture attention and skyrocket course enrollment and engagement in the US market.
- Strategic Engagement Growth: Analyze performance metrics relentlessly. Pivot strategies, test hooks, and optimize posting schedules to guarantee continuous month-over-month engagement growth.
- Elite Graphic Design & Enhancement: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Canva to edit, enhance, and transform static imagery, graphics, and carousels, ensuring complete alignment with our strict brand standards.
- Creative Authority & Branding: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper of our visual identity. Uphold a consistent, premium aesthetic across websites, social feeds, course materials, and newsletters.
- Feedback & Rapid Iteration: Participate in intensive virtual review sessions. You must be highly receptive to direct feedback and capable of executing rapid iterations to achieve the exact desired outcome.
- Asset Management & Organization: Maintain meticulous, easily accessible cloud-storage records of all digital assets, raw files, and finalized creatives.
- Trend Forecasting: Stay obsessed with the latest social media trends, algorithm shifts, and design best practices, constantly introducing innovative concepts to keep our platform ahead of the curve.
Strict Qualifications
- Mandatory Working Hours: You must be online, active, and available for real-time collaboration Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles, CA Time). Please note: This is a standard day shift for the USA, but requires working a strict overnight shift for candidates applying from India. This schedule is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
- Poker Knowledge (Bonus): A solid understanding of poker (gameplay, terminology, strategy, and culture) is a strong plus. The ability to identify compelling moments in poker footage and translate them into engaging educational content will give you a significant advantage.
- Proven US Market Success: A documented track record of managing social media profiles and significantly scaling engagement for US-based influencers, knowledge businesses, or coaching platforms.
- Exceptional Portfolio: You must provide a portfolio showcasing past Reels, TikToks, or Shorts that have driven undeniable engagement, alongside high-quality graphic design work.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva, alongside elite industry-standard video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, and mobile/short-form optimization tools like CapCut (including CapCut Pro for advanced editing, keyframing, and trend-driven effects).
- Perfectionist Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for visual composition, high-retention video pacing, audio-syncing, typography, and color theory. Anything less than a perfect edit is not a good match. If you are satisfied with "good enough," this is not the role for you.
- Exclusive Dedication: You must be looking for a full-time, dedicated home. We do not hire freelancers balancing other client work.
- Remote Professionalism: Prior remote experience with seamless mastery of collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace. Excellent, highly responsive written and verbal English communication skills.
