Full job description

We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Home and Building Automation division across Kerala. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales capabilities, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for technology solutions.

This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and promoting smart automation solutions including KNX, DALI lighting controls, smart homes, luxury villas, hospitality automation, and commercial building solutions.

The candidate should be comfortable interacting with architects, builders, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and end customers while managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.

Location: Kochi (Cochin) & Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala
Travel Required: Extensive travel across Kerala
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + High Performance-Based Commission

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Kerala.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, architects, builders, and consultants.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Expand the company's presence in residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury villa segments.

Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with:
Architects
Interior Designers
Builders and Developers
Electrical Consultants
Electrical Contractors
Facility Owners
End Customers
Conduct regular client visits and business development meetings.
Establish long-term partnerships to generate repeat business.

Solution Selling

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions.
Promote and sell:
KNX Home & Building Automation
DALI Lighting Control Systems
Smart Lighting Solutions
Curtain & Blind Automation
HVAC Integration
Security & Access Control Systems
Audio-Visual Integration
Smart Home Solutions
Energy Management Systems
Work closely with technical teams to prepare proposals and solution presentations.

Sales Management

Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Track project progress and ensure smooth handover to project teams.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
