Job Summary
Are you a fresh engineering graduate looking to build a strong foundation in MEP design?
This is a structured, hands-on opportunity to learn, grow, and work on real projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
The role is designed for candidates who seek practical industry exposure beyond classroom knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing MEP drawings and design submissions
- Learn and develop MEP system designs while meeting quality and timeline requirements
- Participate in client meetings and site visits
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams
- Support senior engineers in ongoing projects
- Assist in training engineering students in MEP concepts and software
- Make daily calls to students, architects, and colleges to promote MEP training programs and company services (during training period)
- Mandatory: Minimum 5 architect outreach calls daily during training period
- Support marketing and business development activities
- Help update company LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages regularly
- Participate in workshops, webinars, and company events
- Submit daily work reports to the Project Coordinator and Director
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering (Building Services preferred)
- Strong technical interest in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting systems
- AutoCAD (mandatory), Revit MEP preferred (training support provided)
- Freshers are welcome
- Traits: Willingness to learn, discipline, honesty, and readiness to travel for site visits
Training & Job Structure
Training Period: First 2 Months
- No salary during training period
- Training through online tutorials, self-learning, and independent research
- Covers MEP fundamentals, software, live project exposure, and site visits
- Includes mandatory outreach activities (daily architect calls)
- Must be successfully completed within 2 months (extension if required)
Paid Contract Period: Remaining 10 Months
- First 3 months after training: ₹7,000/month
- Next 3 months: ₹8,000/month
- Remaining period: ₹9,000/month
Contract Commitment & Exit Policy
- Minimum 1-year commitment required
- If leaving before 1 year: Training expenses must be reimbursed
- Minimum 2 months’ notice mandatory
- If notice period is not served: Training expenses + 2 months’ salary must be paid
- These conditions are non-negotiable and form part of the employment agreement
Work Environment
- Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Candidates must bring their own laptop
- Site visits required
- This is a full-time, on-site role (no remote or work-from-home option)
Leave Policy
- Maximum 1 leave per month
- No salary for excess leaves
- Excess leave may extend training or contract period
