Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals (0–1 year of experience) who are passionate about Software Testing and committed to ensuring product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Understand business requirements and functional specifications.
Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure functionality and usability.
Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle.
Validate bug fixes and conduct regression testing.
Assist in API testing and basic database validation.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure product quality.
Maintain test documentation and provide regular testing updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
0–1 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
Knowledge of Manual Testing, test case creation, execution, and defect reporting.
Familiarity with web and mobile application testing concepts and user workflows.
Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.
Exposure to API testing using Postman is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Playwright or other automation testing tools is preferred.
Basic understanding of ClickUp is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

2-month paid training with real-time project exposure.
Continuous performance evaluation during training.
