Job Description: Data Analyst role
Position Overview:
A Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help an organization make informed decisions. This role requires expertise in statistical techniques, data visualization, and communication skills to present findings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection & Preparation:
- Gather data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, or manual entry).
- Clean, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
2. Data Analysis:
- Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Use tools like Excel, SQL, Python, R, Apache, Postgress or other analytics platforms to analyze data.
3. Data Visualization:
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in an easily understandable format.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams across the organization to identify data needs and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with IT or engineering teams to maintain and improve data pipelines.
5. Problem Solving & Decision Support:
- Analyze business problems and provide data-driven solutions.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python or R).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience in Apache, Superset, Airflow, Postgress, Spark
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark.
Key Competencies:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹6,00,000- ₹12,00,000 per year
