Job Summary

Plati India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support senior management in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and be able to manage schedules and coordinate with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily schedule, meetings, and appointments of senior management.
Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
Maintain confidential records and files.
Arrange travel, meetings, and other administrative activities when required.
Assist in day-to-day office operations and special projects.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Executive (preferred).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Professional attitude and pleasant personality.

Preferred Skills

Strong time-management abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience working in a manufacturing or corporate environment is an advantage.
