Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Creative Content & Ideation

Contribute innovative and trend-driven content ideas for brand campaigns, social media, advertisements, and digital productions.
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize engaging content that aligns with client objectives.
Stay updated with current content trends, influencer marketing trends, and industry best practices.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and assist in developing creative concepts from inception to execution.

Content Production & Execution

Manage the complete production process for photo shoots, video shoots, brand campaigns, and digital content.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, stylists, makeup artists, and other production vendors.
Ensure smooth execution of all production activities according to project timelines.

Client Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the production team.
Understand client requirements, communicate project updates, and manage expectations.
Schedule meetings, collect feedback, and ensure client approvals are obtained at each stage of production.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Recce & Location Management

Conduct location scouting (recce) for shoots based on creative and client requirements.
Evaluate locations for suitability, logistics, permissions, accessibility, and production feasibility.
Coordinate necessary permissions and approvals for shoot locations.

Shoot Coordination

Plan and coordinate all aspects of shoot execution.
Prepare shoot schedules, call sheets, and production timelines.
Ensure availability of equipment, crew, talent, props, and other resources.
Handle on-ground coordination during shoots to ensure smooth operations.

Talent & Influencer Management

Identify, source, and coordinate with models, influencers, content creators and artists.
Maintain a database of talent and influencer contacts.
Negotiate commercial terms, availability and campaign deliverables.
Manage influencer onboarding and campaign execution.

Project & Deadline Management

Monitor project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely editing, revisions and final deliveries.
Track project progress and proactively address any production challenges.
Maintain production documentation, budgets and reports.

Vendor & Resource Management

Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers and production partners.
Source production requirements such as equipment, props, venues and supporting staff.
Ensure cost-effective utilization of production resources.

Travel Requirements

This role requires flexibility to travel for shoot assignments, client meetings, location recces, and production-related activities.
Candidates should be willing to travel domestically and internationally on an occasional basis, depending on project requirements.
Travel may be required to various cities, states, or countries where client campaigns, productions, events, or content shoots are scheduled.
The Production Executive will be responsible for coordinating on-ground production activities and ensuring smooth execution at shoot locations.
The ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work efficiently while traveling is essential for this role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
