Overview:

TRC India is looking forward to hire a Jr. Support Engineer who will Monitor and troubleshoot the Smallworld GIS applications and ensure the help desk tickets are resolved in agreed SLAs.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer support for Smallworld GIS applications for Level 1 technical support in defined SLAs
Monitor the event alerts, metric alerts, application logs, License & Password expiries, and performance related issues
Coordinate with appropriate teams for non Smallworld and infrastructure related tasks
Follow System Operational Procedures
Perform daily health checks through various workflow stages for order management

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
Work experience – 0 - 3 years
Software skills: PNI, GSS, NIG, Magik, Java, Dotnet, Oracle, Linux, Windows

Preferred Qualifications

B. Tech
Good communication skills
