We are seeking a proactive IT Engineer with 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience to help manage and maintain our core infrastructure and foundational software delivery processes. You will be responsible for supporting development teams, ensuring system stability, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
● Infrastructure Support: Assist in monitoring and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and virtual environments, ensuring systems are running reliably.
● Application Delivery: Support basic CI/CD pipelines for backend and frontend applications (including Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, React, and Next.js), focusing on deployment and basic rollback procedures.
● Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Work with Terraform to manage and provision infrastructure resources across cloud providers.
● System Monitoring: Assist in setting up and maintaining basic observability across logs and metrics using tools like NreRelic, Prometheus and Grafana.
● Automation & Scripting: Automate routine IT and system administration tasks and contribute to environment provisioning scripts using Bash or Python.
● System Setup: Configure and deploy new workstations, laptops, and peripherals for employees, ensuring devices are joined to the domain, secured, and ready for use from day one.
● Operating System Installation: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) on company devices, including driver setup, security patches, and routine updates.
● Asset Inventory Update: Maintain and regularly update the IT asset inventory, tracking hardware, software licenses, and equipment assignments to ensure accurate records and audit readiness.
● User Support: Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, and access issues, troubleshooting and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
What we're looking for
● 1.5 to 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, Systems Administration, or a junior DevOps role.
● Foundational knowledge of CI/CD concepts and practical experience with tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
● Working experience with one major cloud platform (AWS or Azure) and basic familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
● Practical knowledge of deploying applications and strong basic scripting skills in Bash or Python.
● Familiarity with system monitoring and logging practices.
Certifications (any of these are a plus): Cloud foundations like Azure Administrator or Google Associate Cloud Engineer.
