Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions across our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR strategy to support our fast-growing training and consulting business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across departments (Telecalling, Training, Marketing, Admin, etc.)
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals
Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
Supervise and guide HR team (HR Manager & Assistants)
Handle performance management systems and employee evaluations
Monitor and improve employee productivity and discipline
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Develop training & development programs for staff
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
Maintain HR MIS reports and analytics

Requirements

Minimum 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
Strong experience in bulk hiring / field hiring / telecalling team management preferred
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in training institutes / education sector / service industry
Ability to handle large workforce (200+ employees)
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
