Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI

Job Type: Contract

Location: Remote

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Industry: Insurance / BFSI

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying production-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to build scalable AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Develop AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)
Implement NLP solutions for document processing, information extraction, and conversational AI
Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and data platforms
Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and development teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards, especially within Insurance and BFSI environments

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or related roles
Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies
Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience building and deploying RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks
Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
Understanding of AI model deployment, monitoring, and optimization

Preferred Skills

Experience in Insurance or BFSI domain projects
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
Experience with MLOps and production AI systems

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
