Need a hands-on Oracle Cloud Technical Lead who can independently handle:

OIC Integrations
Oracle HCM/ERP technical work
Data conversions
Reporting
Client communication
Architecture/design decisions

Must-Have Skills

1. Oracle Integration Cloud (MOST IMPORTANT)

Candidate must have strong hands-on experience in:

OIC integrations
REST/SOAP APIs
File-based integrations
SFTP
Error handling & logging
XSLT/XML/JSON mappings
End-to-end integration lifecycle

2. Oracle HCM/ERP Experience

Strong technical exposure in:

Core HR
Payroll
Benefits
Absence
Time & Labor
Financials/ERP

3. Data Conversion

Must know:

HDL
HSDL
FBDI
HCM Extracts
Source-to-target mapping
Data reconciliation
Migration strategy

4. Reporting

Hands-on experience with:

OTBI
BI Publisher
HCM Extracts
Payroll/compliance reports

5. Architecture & Leadership

Candidate should:

Lead integrations independently
Design scalable solutions
Handle client calls/workshops
Mentor junior developers
Troubleshoot critical issues
Own delivery end-to-end
