Duties and Responsibilities:
Knowledge of SAP Best Practices with technical implementation experience and
command over SAP Implementation Methodology preferably for Retail / Fashion
business
Experience in configuring New GL, AP/AR, AA, PCA, Foreign currency evaluation and
country-specific taxation and localization
Integration knowledge between FI and other logistics modules (e.g. MM, SD,PS)
Proven hands-on experience on Controlling Module including Product Costing,Article
Ledger and Profitability Analysis with mapping business scenarios like MTO, ETO and
MTS, etc
Experience in integration of SAP Finance with SAP CAR, POS for Retail and Omni
channel Retail customers, IDocs etc
Understanding of SAP S4HANA Simplifications across SAP Domains FI, MM, SD, PP, etc
Develop and Build S4 HANA/ Simple Finance Architecture
To be experienced with SAP procurement (end to end procure to pay cycle)
Independently preparing project deliverable documents like BBP, Functional
Specification , Training Material , Test Script preparation
To be able to work with LTMCs, ABAP queries, Report Painter and Report Writer
Nice to have SAP Workflow exposure & hands-on functional CONFIGURATION experience
with SAP FI & CO modules
Essential Requirements
Strong FICO Skills and Accounting skills
Functional Knowledge of Accounting Standards
Product Costing and COPA is desirable
Exposure to any one or more SAP add-on like ARIBA , Concur, Blackline will be preferred
Exposure to RPA is highly preferred
Must have strong communication and team management skills
Must have worked in multi Country implementation/roll-out experience
Key expectations from resource : Independently manage implementing any CR /enhancements (self driver) /suggest improvements; preferably with strong knowledge of retail
Eligibility
Master Degree with relevant experience
Experience in Retail/Fashion Industry highly preferred
Minimum 7+ years of SAP FICO experience in client facing consulting with at least one
E2E full life cycle implementation
S4 HANA/Simple Finance certification preferred
