Technical Support Executive Interns

What Will You Do? As a Technical Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and help them use our products seamlessly.

Your Key Responsibilities:

 Assist customers with product-related queries and technical concerns.

 Provide support for Tally, BUSY, DMS, and ERP-integrated software solutions

 Provide first-level support to clients for Tally software installation, activation, licensing, and error handling

 Conduct training sessions for new users on Tally functionalities

 Handle data migration, backup/restore, GST setup, voucher configuration, and reports generation

 Understand customer issues and provide timely resolutions through calls, chats, emails, or remote support.

 Guide users on how to effectively use our software and features.

 Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with internal teams for advanced concerns.

 Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and problem-solving.

 Maintain records of customer interactions and support requests.

 Gather customer feedback and help improve user experience.

 Stay updated with product enhancements and new modules.
