Position Overview

Aventyr Security Corp. is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Odoo Administrator & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our Odoo ecosystem, website presence, SEO strategy, and digital advertising campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical system configuration and performance-driven marketing. You will be responsible for customizing Odoo using Odoo Studio, optimizing our website, improving search rankings, managing paid advertising campaigns, and leveraging AI tools such as Claude AI to streamline operations and create small automation scripts.

Key ResponsibilitiesOdoo Administration & Configuration

Configure and customize Odoo modules using Odoo Studio.
Create and modify custom fields, forms, views, automations, workflows, and reports.
Improve business processes across CRM, Sales, Website, Marketing, Inventory, and Project modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day Odoo issues.
Maintain system data quality and user access permissions.
Support implementation of new features and operational improvements.

Website Management

Manage and maintain the Aventyr website using Odoo Website Builder.
Create and update landing pages, forms, banners, and marketing content.
Optimize website performance, usability, and lead generation.
Implement conversion-focused website improvements.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize website content, metadata, page structure, and internal linking.
Improve technical SEO performance and search visibility.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and website analytics.
Work on local SEO and lead-generation strategies.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Monitor campaign budgets, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences.
Generate regular performance reports and recommendations.

AI & Automation

Utilize Claude AI, ChatGPT, and other AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
Generate and implement minor Python scripts and automations for operational needs.
Research and deploy AI-powered solutions to improve marketing and internal processes.
Assist with day-to-day execution of digital initiatives and automation projects.

Qualifications

Experience working with Odoo ERP and Odoo Studio.
Strong understanding of website management and SEO.
Experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Basic Python knowledge and willingness to work with AI-generated code.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Odoo Website, CRM, Marketing, Sales, or Inventory modules.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience using AI tools such as Claude AI or ChatGPT in business workflows.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and lead-generation funnels.
