Candidates must demonstrate a strong passion for engineering, prototyping, testing, and hands-on problem-solving.
Preference will be given to individuals with practical engineering experience, personal technical projects, fabrication exposure, motorsport, robotics, maker culture, or experimental engineering backgrounds.
As this is an R&D-focused role, candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-moving, highly experimental environment involving continuous iteration, testing, and design refinement.
Applicants must possess strong applied physics and engineering fundamentals relevant to mechanical systems, structures, fluid systems, thermal systems, manufacturing, or related domains. The ability to independently solve real-world engineering challenges and convert theoretical concepts into functional hardware is essential.
