Relevant Hands-on Development Experience: Minimum 1+ year in automation and low-code platforms
We are looking for an Automation Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform and RPA technologies to join our Automation Team. The role involves end-to-end solution design, development, deployment, and production support of enterprise-scale automation solutions. The candidate should be capable of independently handling complex business processes and mentoring junior team members.
Design, develop, test, and deploy
end-to-end automation solutions using:
Power Apps
Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
Lead automation initiatives from requirement analysis to production rollout
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and compliant with enterprise standards
Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
Create responsive, user-friendly UI/UX designs
Implement:
Data validation
Error handling
Performance optimization
Integrate Power Apps with multiple data sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, APIs)
Develop attended and unattended bots using Power Automate Desktop
Automate legacy systems and desktop applications
Implement:
UI automation
OCR and document processing
Robust error handling and retry logic
Monitor and support bots in production environments
Participate in automation architecture and design reviews
Enforce best practices related to:
ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
Security & compliance
Reusability and standardization
Support code reviews and solution audits
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building
