Full job description

We are looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy Creative Designer & AI Video Content Creator to develop engaging visual and video content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and AI-powered content creation tools to produce high-quality marketing and brand assets.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

Design social media creatives, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Develop visually appealing brand assets while maintaining brand consistency.
Create illustrations, infographics, and promotional graphics for digital and print media.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

Edit videos for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Youtube), websites, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications.
Create reels, shorts, promotional videos, product demos, and explainer videos.
Add motion graphics, animations, visual effects, transitions, subtitles, and sound design.
Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and final video optimization.

AI Content & Video Creation

Create AI-generated videos using modern AI platforms and creative workflows.
Develop effective prompts for AI-generated visuals, videos, voiceovers, and avatars.
Utilize AI tools for content ideation, script generation, image creation, and video production.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and integrate them into content production processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
Hands-on experience with AI content creation platforms such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen, Midjourney, Flux, and similar tools.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, typography, color theory, and content trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, and performance campaigns.
Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and VFX.
Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted creative workflows.
Experience working with startups, agencies, or digital-first brands.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Quality and creativity of visual and video content.
Content engagement and campaign performance.
Turnaround time and project delivery efficiency.
Adoption and effective use of AI tools to improve productivity and output quality.

1–3 Years (Flexible based on portfolio and skills)
