Full job description

· Machine manufacturing & dispatch as per schedule

· Machine Quality assurance verification

· Abide by cGMP (DP testing welds, proper bearing fitting, etc.)

· Shift allocation & Man power planning

· Production planning

· Technical assistance to team members.

· Job work outsourcing planning & follow up

· Job work vendor identification and negotiation

· Job work Quality check & acceptance

· Parts & Components tolerance & quality verification

· Inter-plant coordination for machine components

· Managing contract workers

· CNC loading & parts produced tolerance & quality verification

· Feedback of materials quality (plates, seals, bearing, castings, etc.)

· Raw material requisition approval

· Packing List verification

· Labor/ Job work requisition.

· Raw material wastage control & reduction.

· Scrap segregation of materials of different grades like SS-316, 304 etc.

· Plant capacity planning.

· Spares orders

· Repair orders.

· Plant 5s & cleanliness.

· Machinery & equipment maintenance (like lathe, cranes, grinders etc.) verification

· Worker skill evaluation & development.

· Trial & Testing of Machine. (FAT mech points)

· DQ & QAP filling & performing.

· Packaging & loading of spare parts (like spindles, rotor, etc.)

· Internal Truck movement & co-ordination for goods movement(to be discussed)

· Design Verification

· Daily Production Report with serial number

· Production progress per Machine. (contains re-work information as well)

· CNC Production Report.

· Workmen planning schedule

· Machine file containing- Work order, G.A., RM list, B/O list, FAT, Test Reports (DP Test, leakage test, balancing certificate etc.), modifications in machine, servicing/commissioning report, spares provided, electrical drawings, FAT, DQ, QAP.

· QAP

· Job/ labor work monthly log

· CNC parts tolerance check report.

· Work Orders (For internal group of companies).

· CNC Parts issued & consumption for which machine.

· Welding Test document.

· Work In Progress consumption report.

· Marketing & Sales- work order, special client requirements, inform if dispatch schedule change as per client need, inspection dates, approved G.A. drawing, servicing & commissioning schedule.

· Stores- material indenting & status, indenting for labor/ job work, issuing of tools, sending equipment for repairs, indenting requirement for new tools & equipment, follow up & making material available, packing list, stationary, spares dispatch.

· Electrical- Trial & testing, FAT (elec points), electrical tubing & instrumentation provision indication, hydraulics & pneumatics considerations,

· Design- fabrication drawings, part drawings, assembly drawings, plate consumption drawing (for C-22 and 904L), modification in design, R&D developments, BOM list per order.

· Admin- plant repair & maintenance, documentation manual.

· Purchase- Halar coating co-ordination.

· Accounts- Book transport for machine, service & commissioning technician.

· Excise- documents for dispatch.
