Our Paper Store is the backbone of our manufacturing operations, managing thousands of tonnes of paper stock across multiple grades, GSMs, and brands every year.

Role Summary

We are looking for a sharp, meticulous, and computer-savvy Data Entry Operator to manage records for our Paper Store. You will be responsible for accurately logging all paper stock movements — inward receipts, outward issues, inter-department transfers, and closing balances — and keeping our inventory management system up to date at all times. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and a disciplined, consistent approach to data management.

Key Responsibilities

Record all paper stock inward (GRN) and outward (issue slips) transactions accurately and promptly in the inventory system.
Maintain daily stock registers — physical and digital — reconciling entries at the end of each shift/day.
Update Google Sheets / ERP with paper consumption data, closing stock, and GSM-wise / brand-wise inventory levels.
Coordinate with the Paper Store Incharge and production team to capture real-time stock movements.
Generate daily stock summary reports and flag discrepancies or low-stock alerts to the supervisor.
Ensure all supplier invoices, delivery challans, and GRNs are correctly filed and cross-referenced.
Assist in periodic physical stock audits and help reconcile physical vs. system stock.
Maintain organized records of supplier-wise paper stock (ITC, BILT, APP, BGPPL, and others).
Support management with ad-hoc MIS data requests related to paper consumption and inventory.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

Graduate in any discipline — B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., or equivalent.
Strong computer proficiency: MS Excel (formulas, filters, basic pivot tables), Google Sheets, and general data entry tools.
High IQ and sharp numerical ability — able to spot errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies quickly.
Meticulous and diligent work ethic — someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, accurate records.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Ability to handle repetitive data tasks with sustained focus and zero compromise on quality.
Residing in Noida, Greater Noida, or nearby areas (on-site role).

Good to Have

Prior experience in inventory management, store-keeping, or warehouse data entry.
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
Knowledge of paper grades, GSM, and printing industry materials (training will be provided).
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
