About the Company
Gashap Technologies is an IT infrastructure, data center, and technical dispatch company providing project support, field technicians, project management, structured cabling, rack and stack, hardware deployment, and data center services. We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced, fluent English-speaking Sales Representative based in India to help us grow our B2B client base.
Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative with strong communication skills and a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have experience selling technology, IT services, staffing, project support, or B2B services to companies in the U.S., Canada, or international markets.
This role requires someone who can confidently speak with decision-makers, identify business opportunities, follow up professionally, and help convert prospects into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a pipeline of B2B sales opportunities.
Identify and contact potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, and other outreach channels.
Schedule meetings with prospective customers and introduce Gashap Technologies’ services.
Build relationships with project managers, procurement teams, vendor managers, IT directors, and operations leaders.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable company services.
Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotes, and service discussions.
Work with internal operations and project teams to ensure accurate pricing and delivery expectations.
Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, opportunities, and deal status.
Follow up consistently with prospects until deals are closed or clearly disqualified.
Support account growth by identifying new opportunities from existing customers.
Required Qualifications
5–10 years of B2B sales experience.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Experience selling to international clients, preferably U.S. or Canada-based businesses.
Strong experience with cold outreach, lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
Ability to speak confidently with senior decision-makers.
Strong understanding of professional sales processes and CRM-style tracking.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, phone calls, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and basic sales tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience
Experience selling IT services, technical staffing, data center services, telecom, structured cabling, project management support, or managed services.
Existing network in IT, construction, data center, telecom, or facilities industries.
Experience working with U.S.-based companies or international vendors.
Knowledge of vendor onboarding, RFPs, proposal follow-up, and procurement processes.
Compensation Structure
Base salary: $1,000 USD per month
Commission: 3% of net sales/profit on each closed deal
Commission is calculated based on company profit after direct project expenses. For example, if a project generates $15,000 in net profit, the sales representative earns 3% of $15,000.
For recurring accounts, commission will be paid on the net profit generated during the first 12 months of that account only. New deals from the same account may qualify for additional commission.

Maintain a clean and updated sales pipeline.
Follow up professionally and consistently.
Close new B2B accounts and contribute directly to company revenue growth.
Represent the company professionally in all communication.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, confident closer, and disciplined salesperson who understands how to build trust with business clients. This person should be comfortable working remotely, managing their own pipeline, and helping the company expand into new markets.
Pay: ₹95,400.00 per month
