What Will You Do? As a Technical Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and help them use our products seamlessly.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product-related queries and technical concerns.
Provide support for Tally, BUSY, DMS, and ERP-integrated software solutions
Provide first-level support to clients for Tally software installation, activation, licensing, and error handling
Conduct training sessions for new users on Tally functionalities
Handle data migration, backup/restore, GST setup, voucher configuration, and reports generation
Understand customer issues and provide timely resolutions through calls, chats, emails, or remote support.
Guide users on how to effectively use our software and features.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with internal teams for advanced concerns.
Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and problem-solving.
Maintain records of customer interactions and support requests.
Gather customer feedback and help improve user experience.
Stay updated with product enhancements and new modules.
