Role Introduction
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to ensure they are getting the most value from our services. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the customer journey, addressing their needs, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our company.
Internally, you will work directly with our producers and to translate client requirements into clear, actionable execution plans. This role requires an agile collaborator who excels at building strong client relationships while driving efficient cross-functional coordination and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic liaison between clients and the internal production team, ensuring clear alignment on expectations.
- Collaborate directly with producers to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and execution timelines based on client briefs.
- Formulate and manage project schedules, continuously syncing with producers to ensure delivery milestones are met.
- Proactively communicate project updates, performance progress, and production timelines to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in the direct execution strategy of digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, report on key metrics, and work directly with producers to implement optimizations and improvements.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and operations to ensure seamless business workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations.
- Ensure that internal producers have all necessary brand assets, information, and client feedback required to execute effectively.
- Review and QA digital marketing deliverables prior to client presentation to ensure strict accuracy and adherence to client specifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in customer success, account management, or client services within a B2B agency environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus (or equivalent work experience).
- A genuine passion for helping clients succeed and building strong relationships; must be customer-centric and proactive.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing and technical concepts clearly to both clients and internal producers.
- A natural problem solver who can quickly assess bottlenecks and find agile solutions with production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple client accounts and prioritize deliverables effectively.
- High proficiency using customer relationship management (CRM) tools, modern project management software, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment, adapting quickly to changing client needs and business priorities.
- A highly collaborative mindset comfortable working in a flat structure directly alongside creative and technical execution teams.
- Sharp attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of client accounts and produced deliverables are polished and accurate.
