Position: Account Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and detail-oriented professional for the position of Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overall accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, audits, and daily financial activities of the organization.
Preference will be given to candidates from Hospitality backgrounds with strong analytical, leadership, and financial management skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance Operations
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Maintain proper books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
- Ensure accurate accounting entries in accounting software and MIS systems.
- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and fund management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Financial Reporting & Budgeting
- Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L reports, and balance sheets.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost control.
- Monitor departmental expenses and budget utilization.
Payroll & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate payroll processing, salary statements, and statutory deductions.
- Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, and final settlements.
- Handle vendor payments, invoice verification, and payment schedules.
- Maintain proper records of receivables and payables.
Statutory Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Prepare and maintain audit schedules and statutory documentation.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and financial compliance reports.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise the accounts team and allocate responsibilities.
- Conduct regular reviews and monitor team performance.
- Ensure proper coordination with all operational departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial operations.
Internal Controls & Administration
- Monitor internal financial controls and company policies.
- Ensure proper documentation and approval procedures.
- Support management in financial decision-making and operational improvements.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance operations.
- Hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
