Job Summary: The General Manager of IT Recruitment is responsible for overseeing and managing the IT recruitment division within the organization. This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the successful acquisition of top IT talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Recruitment Strategy Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for IT positions, aligned with the organization's business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment to maintain a competitive advantage.
Team Management:Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Ensure the team is motivated, engaged, and meets recruitment targets.
Candidate Sourcing:Oversee the identification and sourcing of top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals.
Recruitment Process:Develop and refine the recruitment process to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
Collaborate with other departments to define job requirements, interview processes, and candidate assessment methods.
Candidate Evaluation:Lead the evaluation and assessment of IT candidates, ensuring they meet the organization's technical and cultural fit criteria.
Conduct interviews for senior or critical positions.
Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal (business leaders, department heads) and external (hiring managers, recruitment agencies).
Reporting and Analytics:Generate and analyze recruitment data and metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on recruitment activities and results.
Compliance and Diversity:Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
Promote diversity and inclusion in IT recruitment efforts.
Vendor Management:Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, with a minimum of 7-10 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies, including software development, cybersecurity, network administration, and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
