· The position shall be responsible to successfully manage and deliver the assigned responsibilities in utmost satisfactory manner to achieve the targets set by the Marketing HOD and at the same time maintaining the brand image and the core values of the company.
Position/Role Purpose: GM-MARKETING is the one who is responsible for the Marketing and Promotional activities to achieve Business objectives and goals of the Company.
- GM will be responsible to formulate Marketing Strategies along with the CMO to accomplish the overall business objectives of the organisation
- · To be responsible for planning and managing complete Campaigns for various Promotions of the Company as per the set procedures and deadlines.
- · To be responsible to enhance the visibility of the brand through effectively implemented campaigns/promotions.
- · To be responsible to achieve the targeted growth in footfall in all GRT showrooms through successful campaigns, branding and promotions.
- · To coordinate all ATL & BTL activities as assigned and as per the marketing calendar from time to time.
- · To ensure a aggressive presence of the brand in all media like TV, Radio, Print and more importantly across all digital platforms
- · To formulate a Digital Marketing strategy for the brand in consultation with the CMO
- · To work with the CMO and prepare a detailed Marketing Calendar and Media Budget for the entire financial year on or before 31 January of every year for approval of the board.
- · To be responsible for planning and managing complete Campaigns for various Promotions of the Company as per the set procedures.
- · To be responsible to enhance the visibility of the brand through effectively implemented campaigns/promotions.
- · To co-ordinate with the concerned agencies and production houses to organize meetings and presentations for forthcoming campaign to finalize the campaign/promotion concepts, creative, commercial production and the photo shoots well on time.
- · To ensure that the final creative is ready, with the approval of the CMO, at least three weeks before commencement of any campaign/promotion for timely execution.
- · To finalize the Media Plan along with the CMO and submit total Budget for each Campaign or Promotion for the approval of CEO&MD’s
- · To negotiate the best possible commercial terms with the vendors for printing, outdoor bill boards, production units and any other marketing supplies/services and compare with the industry standards from time to time.
- · To ensure the Marketing spend vs budget reports are submitted on time to the CMO.
- · To introduce a system in the Marketing Department to maintain complete database of visual poster boxes in all stores with proper index and update the type of visual that is being carried for better management of visual resources.
