Job Description:

The Customer Service Manager will oversee and lead the customer service team at ASSR Solutions, ensuring that customers receive prompt, effective, and courteous support. As the leader of this department, you will implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction, enhance team productivity, and drive continuous improvement in line with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of customer service representatives to ensure they provide exceptional service. Establish performance standards and regularly assess team members' progress through performance evaluations and coaching.
Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level. Monitor customer feedback and trends, analyze data, and take proactive steps to improve service quality.
Training and Development: Organize and lead training programs to enhance the product knowledge, technical skills, and customer service capabilities of the team. Ensure ongoing development to align the team's skills with business needs.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess existing customer service processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce response times, and improve overall customer service operations.
Escalation Management: Handle complex or escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. Serve as the point of contact for resolving higher-level complaints or concerns and provide appropriate guidance to the customer service team.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and product development, to resolve customer issues and ensure the delivery of seamless service. Ensure that customer insights are communicated internally to drive product and process improvements.
Performance Monitoring: Develop KPIs and monitor the performance of customer service representatives. Regularly review data on customer service effectiveness, including response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting customer service performance, key trends, issues, and proposed solutions. Use data-driven insights to suggest changes that will improve the customer experience.
Technology Utilization: Ensure that the team is using customer service tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms effectively. Recommend and implement new technologies to enhance customer support efficiency.
Budget Management: Oversee the department’s budget, making decisions on resource allocation, hiring, and departmental spending to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
Crisis Management: Prepare the customer service team for potential crises, such as large-scale product issues or recall scenarios. Develop contingency plans to handle high-demand situations effectively and maintain service continuity.
Customer Loyalty and Retention: Develop strategies aimed at improving customer retention and loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement customer outreach initiatives, feedback loops, and reward programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven 3+ years experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving team performance and engagement.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in creating and monitoring KPIs and performance metrics.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and continuous improvement.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
