KEY ASSIGNMENT Areas - Graduate Trainees will be deployed to one of the core functions.
India Shared Services Center – contributing to Anglo‑Eastern’s engine of operational excellence by delivering centralised, technology‑driven maritime support that optimises cost, enhances quality, and creates measurable value across all business units.

Support daily operational activities of the department within defined guidelines.

Assist with coordination and scheduling of routine departmental activities in liaison with internal teams and relevant stakeholders, under supervision.

Support the preparation, review, and organization of departmental documentation, records, and correspondence.

Assist in data collation, basic analysis, and preparation of summaries or reports as required by the department.

Communicate with internal team members to obtain updates, follow up on assigned tasks, and ensure information is current and complete.

Communicate task status updates to supervisors or team members as required.

Ensure assigned documents and data are filed and stored as per company procedures.

Participate in training sessions, briefings, and learning activities.
Marine HR – supporting the end‑to‑end seafarer lifecycle, including documentation, licensing, communication, and wellbeing initiatives.

Verify the mandatory documents, courses, and licenses required for seafarers.
-
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure documentation and travel confirmations are completed.

Coordinate with the Licensing Department regarding flag license applications.

Dispatch mail to vessels biweekly and keep records of all mail sent. Link flag state certificates to the vessels and follow up to obtain the full-term Flag State license until it is delivered to the vessel or individual.

Handle documentation related to the relevant flag state and retain proof of application.

Maintain regular communication with seafarers who have disembarked from vessels.

Arrange family connection calls during seafarers’ time onboard to ensure frequent well-being check-ins.

Prepare and issue all necessary letters for seafarers.

Requirements
Who We are Looking for
- Fresh graduates from Bachelor’s or Master’s programmes in Commerce, Management Studies, Computer Applications, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

Curious, detail‑oriented, comfortable working with data, willing to learn, and able to communicate clearly in English.

Exposure to AI, data analytics, automation, or Power BI is an advantage.
