Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and certified IELTS, PTE, and Spoken English Trainer for a full-time, work-from-home role. The ideal candidate will not only excel in teaching but also be a strong public speaker, capable of engaging students and guiding them toward achieving their career goals. This position involves rotational shifts, with working hours of 8 hours per day, 6 days a week. Trainers will also have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses based on results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Mentorship:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in IELTS, PTE, and Spoken English, ensuring students are engaged and motivated.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching materials, and schemes of work for various levels of learners.
- Conduct mock tests and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Supervise and mentor students to guide them in achieving their desired band scores.
- Student Engagement and Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor student progress regularly and provide personalized feedback through one-on-one discussions.
- Identify students' academic needs and arrange career counseling sessions with the help of a dedicated counselor.
- Conduct interactive and engaging sessions to keep students motivated and interested.
- Content Creation and Curriculum Development:
- Create engaging and effective content tailored for IELTS, PTE, and Spoken English learners.
- Collaborate with the academic team in curriculum development and appraisals to enhance teaching standards.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records of student attendance, fees, and progress.
- Ensure that daily End of Day (EOD) reports are submitted on time.
- Encourage students to provide Google feedback and engage with the company’s social media pages.
- Public Speaking and Holistic Development:
- Be a confident public speaker with a commanding voice that can captivate and engage students during lessons.
- Facilitate workshops and other holistic activities organized by the company to support overall student growth.
- Conduct career-related discussions and help students arrange appointments with career counselors.
- Training and Collaboration:
- Assist in training new teammates, helping them understand company culture and work responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the team in managing co-curricular activities and participating in staff meetings and development workshops.
Qualifications:
- Certified IELTS or PTE trainer with prior experience in teaching English.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to engage students in interactive sessions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Passionate about helping students achieve their career goals.
