Key Responsibilities as : Customer Service Executive or OPERATION EXCEUTIVE WITH FREIGHT FORWARDER OR CUSTOM CLEARANCE HOUSE .

Prepare and verify Shipping Instructions with 100% accuracy to avoid delays and penalties.
Handle sea & air shipment strat to end
Manage Air Waybill (AWB), Master Bill of Lading (MBL), and House Bill of Lading (HBL) drafts and finals with zero error.
Place bookings with liners, NVOCCs, and airlines; ensure timely and accurate confirmations.
Coordinate with custom clearance agents, liners, and transporters to resolve shipment issues and prevent delays or discrepancies.
File Verified Gross Mass (VGM) with odeX accurately and on time.
Generate invoices using fstudio software.
Experience: At least 3–5 Years. in customs clearance, specifically in export and import (Air & Sea)
Strong experience in filling Shipping Instructions with various lines.
Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office is must

Job Requirements: - Graduation in any stream

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Location: Western Railway Line or Metro Lines (candidates based in these areas are preferred)

Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
