About the role
We're looking for a skilled content writer who understands the IT and software services space. You'll craft compelling copy across blogs, case studies, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media — helping drive awareness and leads across our service verticals. You'll work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate complex tech concepts into clear, persuasive content.
Key responsibilities
Write SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and thought leadership content for IT/software services audiences
Produce landing page copy, email sequences, and outbound messaging for lead generation campaigns
Develop case studies, white papers, and capability decks in collaboration with delivery teams
Write and maintain social media content (LinkedIn, X/Twitter) aligned to brand voice
Edit and proofread content across formats for clarity, tone, and accuracy
Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience personas to inform content strategy
Coordinate with designers to brief creatives and ensure copy-visual alignment
Meet editorial calendars and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

What we're looking for
Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical decision makers (CTOs, Ops leads, agency owners)
Comfortable working across multiple verticals — Healthcare, Agency, Non-Profit, Mortgage, and more
Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and take ownership of content pipelines
Familiarity with content metrics (traffic, CTR, open rates, conversions) and iterating based on data
Portfolio with at least 3–5 published IT/tech content samples
Work Style & Environment
- Office-based Role: The position requires working from the office, collaborating in real-time with the team.
- US Shift Coordination: Flexible work schedule in line with US-based hours, allowing for cross-functional team coordination across different time zones.
