JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for implementing sales & collection strategies by driving the business in the assigned geographical area, appointment of channel partners & monitor distributor performance & sustainability.
WORK EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of experience Experience in B2C/B2B sales - Mandatory from lighting & electrical industry and geographical exposure of the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales planning & execution of sales strategies for the assigned geography.
2. Contribute to network expansion by recommending new distributors, dealers & retail trade partners and driving market share in the assigned geography.
3. Focus on secondary sales growth by implementing business goals namely, achievement of distributor-wise secondary targets.
4. Ensuring placement of new products as per commercialization strategy. Sustain growth through new store growth.
5. Monitoring of sales, collection & stocks on regular basis as budgeted.
6. Ensure after-sales service is provided by the customer care team to all the retailers thereby reducing product returns.
7. Ensuring timely liquidation of defective / slow moving / discontinued products as per organizational norms in collaboration with relevant departments.
8. Maintain and nurture healthy business relations with all internal & external stakeholders and ensure long-term business objectives are achieved.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation (any) or MBA/ PGDM (any)
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
