Your future role

You'll play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our people, assets, and sensitive information, contributing directly to the resilience and performance of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the site, liaise with local security and administrative authorities, and manage security protocols and crisis management processes, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of implementing and overseeing Alstom’s security policies and procedures at the site, but also develop and execute security measures to ensure a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.
We’ll look to you for:
Assessing threats and identifying security risks for the site
Ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures for the security of assets, employees, information, vendors, and visitors
Maintaining liaison with district administration authorities
Supporting compliance reporting as per business needs
Managing and maintaining discipline among the security workforce
Carrying out investigations into all security breaches
Handling security tools and systems (CCTV, access control systems, etc.)
Implementing measures to ensure the security of travelers, expatriates, and local staff
Managing relationships with local security networks and authorities
Drafting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with site security policies
Organizing and safeguarding Alstom events at the site
Monitoring and assessing the local political, social, and security landscape

Degree in any discipline
Proficiency in English and Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking)
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common IT tools
Experience in Defence, Para-Military, or private physical security in a supervisory role (minimum 3 years)
Experience in drafting security plans, processes, and SOPs
Basic knowledge of criminal law and cybersecurity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to constant change and manage multiple tasks
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities
Confidentiality and multicultural sensitivity
Continuous improvement mindset
Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office
