As our business expands, we are seeking a skilled IT Support & Cloud Engineer to join our remote team. This role is open to candidates across India, with preference given to candidates based in Kerala.
About the Role
This is a fully remote, work-from-home Independent Contractor position.
You will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to Australian business clients while also contributing to internal company growth activities such as marketing and website updates on a part-time weekly basis.
You will work in a fast-paced MSP environment supporting multiple clients across different industries, requiring strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support & Technical Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 remote IT support to Australian clients.
- Manage and resolve support tickets via the PSA/ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot Windows and Apple devices, software, and hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Administer Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
- Support Google Workspace environments.
- Assist with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud services.
- Manage devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi).
- Perform user onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
- Deploy applications and enforce security policies.
- Monitor systems using RMM tools and respond to alerts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
- Follow SLAs, security policies, and company procedures.
Marketing & Website Responsibilities (3 Hours Weekly – Saturday)
- Assist with company website updates and content improvements.
- Upload and manage website content as required.
- Support basic SEO updates and content structuring.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and online content.
- Update service descriptions, blogs, or announcements.
- Support digital presence improvements for Tech Hub Australia.

- Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification.
- ITIL Foundation (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of IT Support experience.
- Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting international clients (Australia, UK, US) is an advantage.
- Experience managing multiple client environments.
- Experience with cloud and endpoint management tools.

- Fully remote Work From Home role.
