Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Job Role : HR Assistant

Role Overview

The HR Assistant will support the execution of HR operations, ensuring accuracy in employee data, payroll inputs, compliance documentation, and smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain employee documents and HR records with accuracy.
Call and coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow up on interview schedules.
Assist in recruitment by screening resumes and posting jobs on job portals.
Support employee onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.
Perform general HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualification

1 years of experience in HR Operations, Administration, or Office Management
Working knowledge of payroll inputs, HRMS
Proficiency in MS Excel with strong attention to detail
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

Key Competencies

Strong process orientation and accuracy
Proactive and service-focused approach
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
