Role Overview
As a Founding Associate, you will not be confined to a single department or a rigid silo. In the early days of a startup, boundaries are fluid. You will act as an owner of the platform, wearing multiple hats across Business Development, Operations, Platform Governance, and Community Growth.
Your mission is to aggregate high-quality supply, ensure strict compliance with our platform policies, streamline daily operations, and help build a seamless product experience for our community.

1. Business Development & Expert Acquisition
- Database Creation & Intelligence: Mine, scrape, and compile comprehensive databases of independent wellbeing experts and premium programs across India utilizing digital channels, social media, Google Maps, and AI-assisted tools.
- Active Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct targeted inbound and outbound communication (verbal via phone calls and written via curated messages/emails) to introduce SvaVeda’s value proposition to premium boutique practitioners.
- Vendor & Agency Coordination: Interface cleanly with external stakeholders, including tech developers, IT partners, marketing agencies, corporate sponsors, and strategic collaborators.
2. Platform Operations, Compliance & Support
- Expert Onboarding & KYC Governance: Walk independent experts through our onboarding architecture, managing document collection, identity verification, and adherence to marketplace guidelines.
- Website Curation & Policy Moderation: Strictly audit and moderate listings uploaded to the website to ensure they align flawlessly with SvaVeda's MVP guidelines (verifying that listings are ticketed, group-based, scheduled experiences with distinct start/end lifecycles—filtering out non-compliant 1-on-1, continuous, or pre-recorded formats).
- Holistic Customer Support: Own the end-to-end seeker and expert support loop, handling inbound inquiries, managing post-booking alignment, troubleshooting, and facilitating logistics during promotional webinars/seminars.
3. Basic Marketing, Content & Community Amplification
- Multi-Format Content Creation: Draft, design, and assemble high-engagement standalone assets (written posts, educational text copies, basic graphics, and presentation decks) that articulate the depth of our experts' modalities.
- Social & Forum Architecture Management: Monitor and grow SvaVeda’s digital footprints across primary social media profiles, wellness forums, and community review networks, cultivating a high-trust, interactive digital home for like-minded seekers.
- Brand Representation: Act as an authentic voice and representative of SvaVeda at both online webinars and offline industry meetups.
4. Strategy, Analytics & Product Evolution
- Market & Competitive Analytics: Evaluate shifts in the wellness space, tracking emergent modalities, pricing indices, and competitor performance frameworks.
- Workflow Optimization & Tool Adoption: Actively explore, benchmark, and deploy cutting-edge AI software, LLMs, and SaaS tools to automate repetitive manual tasks, optimizing internal team workflows.
- Product Feedback Loops: Aggregate user and expert pain points, translating operational friction directly into actionable product feature suggestions for our development pipeline.

- Workflow Automation: Familiarity with or curiosity about building basic automated workflows (Zapier, Make, or automated email sequencing) is highly valued.
- Written & Verbal Command: Exceptional clarity in English communication, with a tone that balances professional maturity with human warmth. Fluency in regional Indian languages is a strong operational asset for outreach.
