Job Summary
Enkay Condominiums is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive for its Hebbal, Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, revenue generation, market expansion and customer handling.
The candidate should be confident in generating leads, meeting clients, building long-term relationships, achieving sales targets, preparing reports and supporting business growth through strong market knowledge and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, client visits, references, online platforms and local market research.
- Handle B2B and B2C sales activities for company services/properties/projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate customers, partners and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits and follow-ups to convert leads into business.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions as per company offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities in and around Hebbal and other Bangalore locations.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, sales reports, lead status and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding, documentation and service delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms professionally while maintaining company profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of client concerns.
- Track competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback to improve sales strategy.
- Maintain proper CRM records and follow-up pipeline.
Required Eligibility & Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, Revenue Operations or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, property management, serviced apartments, facility management, education sales, corporate sales or related service industry will be preferred.
- Strong ability to generate leads, convert clients and achieve revenue targets.
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle client meetings, field visits and business follow-ups.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, CRM tools and sales tracking.
- Should be target-driven, confident, disciplined and result-oriented.
- Must have strong local market understanding of Bangalore, especially Hebbal and nearby areas.
- Two-wheeler or willingness to travel locally will be preferred.
