Technology: MS-SQL Server / SQL Queries must
Knowledge of IIS (added advantage)
Reply to requests from different stakeholders allocated to you for the software solutions of the company
Determine, review criticality and prioritize resolution of issues.
Analyze the issue in depth and report RCA to the development team

Carry out software version upgrade to customer place
