HR Generalist

1.Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels. 2.Conducting confidential interviews, checking reference and credit 3.Deep understanding of recruitment processes. 4.Proficiency in using portals and candidate databases. 5.Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods 6.Client focus along with relationship building skills 7.Business acmen and market insight. 8.Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills 9. Joining formalities. 10. Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management) 11. Leaves and Attendance Management 12. Handling the payroll 13. Managing advance Salary, Ad Hoc Bonuses, Loans 14. Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management 15. Exit-Interviews 16. Full and Final Settlement
