Job Summary
Sterling & Wilson Datacenter Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Architect to support the design and engineering of Data Center and Mission-Critical Infrastructure projects.
The candidate will be responsible for architectural design development, technical documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, compliance management, and project support from concept to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual, schematic, detailed and construction-stage architectural designs
- Prepare layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, PHE, Fire Protection, ELV and BIM teams
- Prepare design reports, BOQs, specifications and technical documentation
- Review shop drawings, RFIs and material submittals
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire & life safety standards
- Support project execution and commissioning activities
- Participate in BIM coordination and design reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 8–10 years of experience in Data Centers / Commercial Buildings / Industrial Infrastructure / EPC projects
- Strong experience in architectural design and construction documentation
- Working knowledge of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination
- Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills
