We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing Staffing & Recruitment team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development within the staffing or recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of mandates.
- Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of business opportunities and client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development within Staffing & Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing services.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
