Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets.
Identify and research potential clients and markets for growth opportunities.
Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (4+ years preferred in recruitment industry).
Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and competition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales pipeline management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
