Category Strategy & Sourcing
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across technology services (engineering services, consulting, managed services), CDP, and hardware
- Lead end-to-end sourcing: RFPs, supplier selection, renewals, and negotiations
- Design and negotiate commercial models (T&M, fixed price, outcome-based, managed services)
- Drive cost optimization through supplier consolidation, rate benchmarking, and demand management
- Use market intelligence and spend data to inform sourcing decisions and supplier strategies
- Collaborate with Technology Procurement leadership and Category Managers to align strategies and drive enterprise outcomes
Supplier Management & Governance
- Manage strategic relationships with service providers, infrastructure vendors, and hardware suppliers
- Support stakeholder in providing necessary input for supplier reviews focused on delivery performance, SLAs, quality, and contract compliance
- Ensure strong supplier governance, including performance management, risk oversight, and compliance adherence
- Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to manage supplier risk and due diligence
- Drive accountability on supplier commitments, service delivery outcomes, and issue resolution
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Customer Success, Engineering, IT, and business teams
- Act as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategy, supplier models, and commercial structures
- Support planning and forecasting of technology services and infrastructure spend
- Drive alignment across stakeholders on sourcing decisions, delivery risks, and trade-offs
- Work closely with Technology Procurement leadership and Category Managers on priorities and escalations
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a team supporting technology services, CDP, and hardware procurement
- Drive performance, accountability, and capability development
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team environment
- Ensure strict adherence to procurement policies, processes, and approval frameworks across all sourcing activities
- Drive compliance with contracting standards, governance requirements, and internal controls
- Improve sourcing efficiency through standardization, automation, and tool adoption
- Support audit readiness through proper documentation and process discipline
- Support transformation initiatives to enhance scalability and user experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 12–14 years of procurement experience, with strong focus on technology services and/or infrastructure sourcing
- Experience negotiating services agreements (MSAs, SOWs), managed services, and hardware contracts
- Proven people leadership experience
- Strong understanding of supplier risk, compliance, and governance
- Experience in a global technology organization
- Strong understanding of services delivery models, infrastructure ecosystems, and hardware sourcing
- Exposure to AI/automation-enabled services and implications for sourcing and governance
- Familiarity with procurement tools and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
