What would you do? We help insurers redefine their customer experience while accelerating their innovation agenda to drive sustainable growth by transforming to an intelligent operating model. Intelligent Insurance Operations combines our advisory, technology, and operations expertise, global scale, and robust ecosystem with our insurance transformation capabilities. It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance environment and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment. You would be part of General Insurance team, where would you be managing, Claims Adjudication, Claims Processing /Portfolio Management. Checking on Fraudulent Claims Rating and quoting including receipt, clearance, data gathering and submission for operation of insurance services to set-up new business or renewal submissions in the support of developing an insurance quote.
What are we looking for? US Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance must possess a balanced blend of technical insurance expertise, regulatory knowledge, and team leadership skills. Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of insurance professionals. Experience setting clear key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and conducting performance reviews. Capability to guide teams through process changes, system upgrades, or shifting corporate strategies. Technical & Analytical Skills, Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analyzing loss ratios, loss development triangles, underwriting leakage, or operational metrics to drive profitability. Insurance Technology Savvy: Experience with modern core insurance platforms and advanced data analytics tools .Strategic & Communication Skills. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with executive leadership, agents, brokers, reinsurers, and legal teams. Business Acumen: Ability to translate high-level corporate strategies into actionable, day-to-day operational plans for the team. To tailor this framework precisely to your Certification : CPCU, AINS
