Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented effectively.
- Coordinate statutory compliance documentation and support audits.
Time Office & Attendance Management
- Manage attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and regularization processes.
- Coordinate with payroll for accurate attendance inputs and employee data.
- Monitor punctuality, absenteeism, and leave adherence.
KEKA HRMS Management
- Handle end-to-end administration of KEKA HRMS.
- Maintain employee database and organizational structure on the HRMS.
- Generate MIS reports, attendance reports, and HR analytics.
- Support employees and managers in resolving HRMS-related queries.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and cultural events.
- Drive employee communication and participation initiatives.
- Support employee grievance handling and workplace harmony.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance, and feedback records.
- Support identification of training needs across departments.
Performance Management
- Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle and review processes.
- Track goal setting, review timelines, and performance documentation.
- Assist managers in implementation of PMS processes and formats.
Office Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration activities across departments/floors.
- Coordinate housekeeping, office maintenance, pantry, stationery and vendor management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and employee support services.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
