WHAT YOU WILL DO
Client Consultation & Sales
- Conduct professional consultations with prospective clients seeking Europe Work Permits, Canada PR, and Australia skilled migration
- Perform initial profile assessments and eligibility screening
- Convert leads into paid assessments and full enrollments through honest, consultative selling
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets consistently
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
Client Servicing
- Guide enrolled clients through the documentation and process journey
- Coordinate with the G2W operations team for file processing, employer coordination, and visa filing
- Ensure clients are updated regularly on their file status
- Handle client queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Lead Management
- Manage and convert leads received from digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records for all assigned leads
- Submit daily morning reports covering calls made, consultations done, meetings held, and revenue generated
Team & Reporting
- Attend daily morning huddles and weekly team strategy meetings
- Submit daily activity reports to Branch Manager
- Collaborate with team members on difficult cases and escalations
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must Have:
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration consulting, overseas education, BFSI, or consultative sales
- Genuine knowledge of or willingness to learn Canada PR, Europe Work Permit, and Australia migration pathways
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi — verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills — ability to build trust quickly with clients
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools
Good to Have:
- Prior experience at immigration firms such as Y-Axis, Abhinav, WWICS, CanApprove, Visas Avenue, or similar
- Knowledge of Express Entry, IELTS, WES ECA, Europe Work Permit process
- Experience handling NRI or Gulf-based Indian clients
- Multilingual ability — Punjabi, Gujarati, or regional languages a plus
