Full job description

Fuzion Ventures is the back office of a legal firm in London (UK). The firm in UK helps their client with the legal aspects of buying, selling and re-mortgaging a property.

Assisting the case worker/senior in researching information from given documents and feeding necessary data into the case management system. It can be termed as an advanced level of data entry.

Communicating with end-clients and other parties involved in a transaction through emails, faxes and when needed via phone calls.

Reading and summarizing agreements, leases, risk assessment reports and other property related documents.

Assisting case worker in checking and collating all legal and financial documents supporting a property purchase or sale.

Entering data into the case management system or online portals using pre-filled forms and ensuring there are no typographical, spelling and grammar errors during data entry.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

1. Researching information from given documents and feeding necessary data into the case management system. It can be termed as an advanced level of data entry.

2. Reading and summarizing agreements, leases, risk assessment reports and other property related documents.

3. Carefully complete any assignments given by the team leader/manager, ensuring the quality (technicality and grammar) is maintained

4. Use any time available to go through the training materials and self help oneself with the process.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Job would require extensive reading of various documents and attention to minute details is a must.
Candidate must have a good command over English. Specially reading lengthy documents in English.
Candidate must be a graduate (Law ,English literature background preferred)

Typing speed of minimum 30 word per minute with 98% accuracy is important

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and One Drive) is important
Experienced candidates are desirable but not preferred.
On job training would be provided during the first month.
Candidate must be willing to work as per UK working hours and must follow UK bank holidays. No Indian holidays would be given.
Fixed shift from 13:00 to 22:00 (with a 60 minutes break) Alternate Saturdays off.
