JOB OVERVIEW:
This role entails contributing to onboarding, CSR initiatives, and employee engagement. Utilize your proactive mindset to support HR processes and foster a positive work culture, ensuring strategic growth and success.
Create
- Engaging content, assisting in social media management, and developing presentations using MS PowerPoint for various digital marketing efforts.
Nurture
- Participation in planning and nurturing a positive work culture by executing engagement activities, events, and initiatives that boost employee morale and foster a sense of belonging.
Manage
- The documentation, materials, and resources for the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- HR processes throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment support, compliance management, and facilitating smooth operations during offboarding.
- Corporate social responsibility initiatives, such as volunteering programs, community outreach, and sustainability projects.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration BBA(HR)/MBA or related fields.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS PowerPoint. A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, identify opportunities.
- Should be Flexible to adapt changing priorities, work effectively in a dynamic environment, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
