About the Role
We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager who has hands-on, practical working experience with leading Q-Commerce platforms — Instamart, Blinkit, BigBasket, Zepto.
This role requires someone who has already worked in an FMCG company and managed order coordination, PO handling, inventory planning, deliveries, and fulfilment specifically for these platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for Instamart, Blinkit, BigBasket, Zepto
- Handle POs, order processing, dispatch planning, GRN, and timely fulfilment
- Coordinate directly with Q-commerce category & supply teams
- Maintain stock accuracy across FCs, DCs, and partner warehouses
- Plan replenishments to avoid stockouts and overstocking
- Ensure timely delivery — zero SLA breaches
- Track daily sales, ageing, fill rate, and platform performance
- Smooth coordination with production, packaging, warehouse & logistics
- Visits to Bangalore DC as required (WFH for rest)
1. Worked in an FMCG company
– Food or grocery category preferred
– Experience must be full-time, not freelance/agency

Directly managed operations with:
- Instamart
- Blinkit
- BigBasket
- Zepto
✔ 3. Strong operational control
- PO management
- Fill rate optimisation
- Stock planning
- FC-level coordination
- Daily operational reporting
✔ 4. Excellent communication & problem solving
- Able to troubleshoot real-time issues
- Hands-on role (not a desk-only profile)
Good to Have
- Experience in quick-moving FMCG categories: snacks, sweets, beverages, packaged foods
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and demand forecasting tools
- Ability to scale operations across multiple cities
