Job Description – Branch Manager (Security & Manpower Services)

Position: Branch Manager
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Industry: Security Services & Manpower Outsourcing
Experience: 10–15 Years
Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Reporting To: Director / Regional Head

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage Security Services and Manpower Outsourcing operations in Lucknow. The candidate should have proven experience in handling large manpower deployments, client relationships, statutory compliance, branch administration, and business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations

Manage complete branch operations for Security and Manpower Services.
Ensure smooth deployment and management of manpower at client locations.
Monitor attendance, shift schedules, replacements, and workforce availability.
Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews.

Client Management

Maintain strong relationships with Government, Corporate, Industrial, Educational, and Healthcare clients.
Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Handle contract renewals and service expansion opportunities.

Manpower Management

Recruit, train, and supervise Security Guards, Supervisors, Field Officers, Computer Operators, Data Entry Operators, Housekeeping Staff, Drivers, and other outsourced manpower.
Ensure timely joining and deployment of personnel.
Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Control attrition and absenteeism.

Compliance & Statutory Management

Ensure compliance with PSARA, Labour Laws, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and Contract Labour Regulations.
Maintain statutory records and documentation.
Coordinate with government departments and labour authorities.

Business Development

Generate new business opportunities in Security Services and Manpower Outsourcing.
Participate in GEM, CPPP, and other tendering processes.
Prepare proposals, cost sheets, and presentations.
Achieve branch growth and revenue targets.

Financial & Administrative Control

Monitor billing, payroll, collections, and branch expenses.
Ensure timely invoice submission and payment follow-up.
Maintain branch profitability and operational efficiency.
Prepare MIS reports and management updates.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Security Services and Manpower Outsourcing Operations.
Experience in handling large workforce deployment.
Excellent client relationship and team management skills.
Sound knowledge of Labour Laws, EPF, ESIC, and PSARA compliance.
Tendering and business development experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and MIS Reporting.

Preferred Profile

Experience with Security Agencies and Manpower Service Providers.
Ex-Army / Ex-Paramilitary candidates preferred.
Experience in handling Government, PSU, University, Hospital, and Corporate contracts.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
