Bajaj Finance is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Tamil Voice Process team. The role involves interacting with customers over phone calls, assisting them with loan-related services, payment reminders, and resolving customer queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan, EMI, and payment-related follow-ups.
- Remind customers about due payments and assist them with repayment options.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update system details.
- Achieve daily calling targets and performance metrics.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and professional communication.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply).
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Good customer handling and convincing skills.
- Willingness to work in a voice process environment.
